Bill Li is the co-founder and managing partner of Greenhills Capital Management LLC, with over 20 years of experience in global investment banking, capital markets, credit underwriting, and investments. He formerly worked at Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, Commerzbank, and HSBC in New York and San Francisco.

Bill holds an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University and a BS in Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. He is a CFA charter holder and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He speaks English and Chinese fluently.

Roy Chowdhury is a co-founder of Greenhills Capital Management LLC and has over 30 years of experience in mortgage lending. He is also the President and CEO of Allied Mortgage Group, a full-service lender operating in 34 states, known for offering tailored loan solutions and exceptional customer service.

Roy holds a CMB designation, an MBA from Widener University, and a bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College in Calcutta, India.

Mr. Robert Grosser is the board member and senior advisor to Greenhills Capital Management LLC. Rob is the managing principal of Mortgage Industry Consultants, LLC, a strategic advisory firm he founded in 2018. While the firm focuses primarily on providing services to the independent mortgage banking sector, Rob has developed a particular expertise in aggregation strategies for non-agency residential mortgages. His clients include publicly traded REITS and multinational insurance companies.

Previously, he held the position of President of Luxury Mortgage Corp. from 2009 to 2017. Rob began his career in mortgage banking in 1985.
